Saturday, July 13, 2019 - 10:00 a.m. to noon
Dick Laub NTC Command Center
2640 Historic Decatur Rd., Loma Room
ARTS DISTRICT Liberty Station
Artists Guild and Liberty Station artists are encouraged to bring artwork to present to the audience during the first hour. This is an excellent opportunity to network with other artists and view each other’s works.
11:00 a.m. – The Artists Guild’s Centennial Book
Members of the Artists Guild’s History Committee (Jody Abssy, Angelika Villagrana and Ann Walker) will show images of the works of the 100 Artists who will be featured in the Centennial Book. They will discuss the amount of research it took to identify 100 extraordinary Guild artists whose works have enhanced the art scene throughout San Diego and beyond during the past 100 years and the criteria that were applied in evaluating members’ works for inclusion in the book. Due to Guild members’ and other donors’ generosity, we are now in the production stage. This is an excellent opportunity for our members to get a preview of the artwork before the book is being published.
