Morning Walk: on Kettner Street in San Diego, California

San Diego, California where I live offers a great variety of photographic subjects. This is a building on Kettner Street in the Little Italy section of the downtown area. The African-American walker was almost too fast for me to catch his image in front of this red-orange artist studio building. The angle of the sunlight created a pleasing pattern in the final print. The building houses a variety of artists' studios, architects' and interior designers' offices and frequently hosts art open houses.

I used my Canon Rebel XTi digital camera for this photograph.
