Fall Out

Setting up a still life takes a lot of time and re-positioning, adjusting and changing, as a rule.  However in this case, the dried weeds fell out and I said, "That's it".   It was one of those really happy accidents.  I painted it without changing anything.  I like the dried weeds and leaves  with the clay pot that says strength and timelessness against the fragile fruit of peaches and pears.
